SCD Cheat Day 2


Recovering from the bug that laid me out for most of the week I was in no mood to pig out. I had a semi SC breakfast - Eggs Benedict with a hash brown from Warsaw Diner. Nothing much for lunch as I was still stuffed. Then a chicken burger, fries and Sprite for dinner. I was feeling OK till I dipped into the chocolate treats and haribos that are a staple of our family film night. Next time I have a real cheat day I'm going to cut out chocs but keep the carbs and see how my body reacts to that.

It's worth noting that my worst cheat day 'pig out' is only what I might eat on any regular day 'pre-diet'.
